Don't worry SpongeBob SquarePants fans, SpongeBob RoundPants is just a one episode visitor.
In the “To SquarePants or not to SquarePants” episode, SpongeBob’s favorite squarepants shrunk while drying in the dryer and he is unable to find a new pair. He then switches to round pants this doesn't work for him since no one around seems to recognize him in roundpants.
This episode is also out on a DVD with the same title, “To SquarePants or not to SquarePants.” The DVD “To SquarePants or not to SquarePants” includes eight episodes altogether.
